CONFERENCE TRAVEL DAYS
Please plan on arriving on Wednesday, September 19th and departing on Friday, September 20th. If you would like to extend your stay, you may make a request in the travel/hotel accommodations section of the registration form.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO AMELIA ISLAND
Paycor will provide a shuttle service from Jacksonville airport to the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island Resort. Attendees may also choose their own ground transportation from the airport to the hotel. Approximate travel time to the hotel from the Jacksonville airport is 30 minutes. Lyft, Uber and Taxis are readily available. Valet parking is available for $26 per night. Self-parking is not available.

Amelia Island in September averages a high of 86° and a low of 73°.
REGISTRAITON FEE
The fee for attending the conference is $199 per attendee. This fee will be collected via credit card as part of the registration process. If you prefer to send a check, you may make it payable to A-Plus Meetings & Incentives, 901 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Suite 600, Coral Gables, Florida 33134. If you require wire/ACH instructions, please email techplus@aplusmeetings.com for that information. If you would like to bring a guest to meal functions only, the fee is $150.
VIP EXPERIENCE
Paycor is offering a unique VIP experience to selected attendees on Wednesday, September 19th from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.. The VIP experience will include a complimentary round of golf on the beautiful Amelia Island Golf Club, located just a few steps away from the Ritz Carlton resort on Amelia Island. The experience is limited to 24 participants, and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Attendees who register for the VIP experience on Wednesday, September 19th will need to arrive on Tuesday, September 18th.
CONFERENCE INCLUSIONS
Your registration fee includes the following:
- Access to all educational sessions, including breakout tracks
- All pre-planned group meal functions as shown on the agenda
- Opportunities to meet with sponsors at the Expo
- WiFi access in the conference areas
CANCELLATIONS AND NAME CHANGES
To cancel your attendance, send an email to
tech@aplusmeetings.com. Registration fees will be refunded if the cancellation is more than sixty days prior to the program. Name changes are permitted at no charge until 7 days prior to the program. Within 7 days, name changes will incur a $150 fee.
ADDITIONAL DAYS
Pre- or post-conference stays may be available at the The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island at the rate of $249 plus tax and a $15 resort fee, per night, but are subject to hotel availability. You will have the opportunity to make pre- or post-conference stay requests during the registration process.
CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Attire for the conference will be business casual. Please bring a sweater or jacket to the meeting since the temperatures in the meeting rooms fluctuates.
